From complete beginner to seasoned athlete, Personal Training is very specific to your requirements. It focuses on key aspects of your fitness to ensure that you get and stay fit in the best possible way.

Personal Training takes place at your convenience, either at the studio, outdoors or at a gym.

As a Personal Trainer my role is to help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Who can benefit from Personal Training?

Anyone and everyone! Whether you wish to train for a particular sport, to improve your health, to recover from an injury or to relieve back pain; my personal trainer skills will help you with motivation, technique, exercise knowledge, program design or support.

Where will I have to go?

It’s your choice. You can choose to work at the studio in the village of Stadhampton, 10 minutes south east of Cowley in Oxford. You may however prefer the fabulous Oxfordshire countryside, at your home or a local gym.

When you book a 1:1 studio session, directions and a map will be sent to you with confirmation of your booking.

What should I look for in a Personal Trainer?

Personal Training is currently unregulated. As a minimum use a trainer who is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). Members of this national register have proved that they have appropriate qualifications, insurance and that they are committed to a program of continual professional development. There are different levels and a Personal Trainer will be on the register as a level 3.
